The Aging and Disability Business Institute’s fifth Community–Based Organization (CBO) and Health Care Contracting Survey is your opportunity to share your insights and experiences in health care contracting. Don’t delay—take the survey before Friday’s deadline!

The CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey tracks key information about how CBOs and networks are evolving to new challenges and opportunities in health care contracting to provide services to older adults and people with disabilities. Your responses help the Business Institute develop resources, raise the visibility of CBO–health care contracting and educate policymakers and health care professionals about this work. Your participation in this survey is important, even if your organization is not engaged in contracting work.

Don’t forget, organizations that complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary registration to a conference of their choice, valued at up to $900!
