CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey Deadline Extended

We know that your time is valuable. As Area Agencies on Aging (AAA), Centers for Independent Living (CIL), Community Care Hubs (CCH)/networks and other aging and disability community-based organizations (CBOs), you spend your time serving older adults, people with disabilities, and other populations with complex care needs. The Aging and Disability Business Institute has extended the deadline to fill out the CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey to provide all AAAs, CILs, CCHs/networks and other CBOs with another opportunity to tell us about your health care contracting experience.

You now have until December 15 to tell us about your health care contracting experience! Take this extra time to share your insight on how health care contracting opportunities and challenges have evolved for your organization.

Your response to this survey is vital to the work of the Business Institute. We use the information we gather from this survey to develop resources that support CBOs and networks at all stages of the health care contracting journey and to inform policymakers and health care professionals on the growing capacity of aging and disability CBOs and networks for this work. Even if your organization isn’t involved in health care contracting work, we want to hear from you.

AAAs, CILs, CCHs and past survey participants should have received a reminder email last week on November 27, from Robert Graham at RFI5survey@MiamiOH.edu with a link to complete the survey. All others can complete the survey here.

If you have questions about completing the survey or are experiencing technical issues, please contact the Survey Helpline at (855) 359-3033 or RFI5survey@MiamiOH.edu.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable insights!
