New Publication Highlights AAA–PACE Partnerships

Partnering with PACE: AAAs Leverage Community-based Care Model to Serve Older Adults, a new publication from the Aging and Disability Business Institute and the National Pace Association, explores three case studies of Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) working with Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in different capacities to provide community-based care options to older adults.

When AAAs and PACE work together, they can provide more options for older adults wishing to live in their homes and communities. These case studies highlight the myriad opportunities for collaboration between AAAs and PACE and how, when they both work together, they can support older adults with complex care needs in a community-based setting.

Whether you’re exploring partnerships of your own or just want to learn more about PACE and AAAs, the lessons learned from these case studies are vital to understanding the diversity of cross-sector partnerships that can be leveraged to serve older adults in the community. Read the new resource now!
