Each year, The John A. Hartford Foundation Business Innovation Award recognizes community-based organizations that are improving health outcomes and quality of life for older adults and/or persons with disabilities through health care contracting. During this webinar, the 2022 recipients of The John A. Hartford Business Innovation Award, Direction Home Aging & Disabilities and the runners-up, Maryland Living Well Center of Excellence— Mac, Inc., and Mid-America Regional Council’s Department of Aging and Adult Services, will share information about their award-winning innovative programs.
