Participants Chosen for Medicare Advantage and Network Operations Learning Collaboratives

Over the next six months, participants of the Medicare Advantage Learning Collaborative will be engaged in a curriculum that will provide them with knowledge and skills to pursue partnerships and contracts with Medicare Advantage plans for delivery of home and community-based services (HCBS). The Network Operations Learning Collaborative will, over the next six months, engage participants in a curriculum that will help them build the operations and sustainability of their networks to provide HCBS through contracts with health care entities. Participants of both learning collaboratives will be supported by peer learning networks, monthly webinars, a platform for shared learnings and targeted technical assistance. These learning collaboratives are not only an opportunity for participants to gain valuable knowledge and skills but also to share their knowledge and experiences with other aging and disability community-based organizations that are just starting to develop these partnerships and networks.
