The latest publication from the Aging and Disability Business Institute, Building Collaborative Contracts with Health Care: Mid-America Regional Council and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City’s Response to the Challenges of COVID-19, highlights the work of The John A. Hartford Foundation 2022 Business Innovation Award runner up, the Mid-America Regional Council Department of Aging and Adult Services (MARC) for its partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City. Through this work, MARC provided services such as home-delivered meals and care management to members in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
