This webinar, part of a series supported by the Administration for Community Living’s (ACL) Business Acumen Learning Collaborative , provides an explanation and examination of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycle, a structured, method-based model of performance improvement and change testing. An overview of the concept is presented, as well as examples of a CBO using PDSA to help improve outcomes as part of its Community-Based Care Transitions Program (CCTP).
