This toolkit was developed by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs to help senior centers measure service delivery effectiveness.
The toolkit was made possible by a Performance Outcomes Measures Project (POMP) grant from the Administration on Aging. The toolkit is designed to share information, ideas and materials to Senior Center staff and leaders evaluate success in meeting program goals.  It is not intended to provide a comprehensive guide to program evaluation.
