This worksheet tool is intended to help a community-based organization (CBO) leader refine key talking points on one of their organization’s priority products and services in preparation for discussions with a potential business partner (hospital, ACO, MCO, etc.).  The purpose of this exercise is to lead the CBO leader through a series of guided questions and answers that will ultimately lead to the development of a value-based, to-the-point “elevator speech” for use in discussions with potential business partners.
