ACL’s Office of Nutrition and Health Promotion Programs, in collaboration with consultant Tim McNeill, invites you to the second event in a two-part series offering tips to community-based organizations forming regional networks.
This webinar will feature a network of community-based organizations operating under a network structure: the Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative (WNYICC). Presenters will share their experiences in creating the network structure, defining a service package, developing a sustainability plan, and setting up a governance structure to ensure that everyone has a voice in network operations.
