The number of older adults facing malnutrition is increasing, with 1 in 2 older adults currently at risk. Attend this webinar, sponsored by The National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging, to learn more about the impact of malnutrition on health care costs, health outcomes, and overall quality of life. Presenters will share details about the Community Malnutrition Resource Hub, a compilation of resources to help community-based organizations, older adults, and caregivers identify and address malnutrition. In addition, opportunities to create partnerships between community-based and health care organizations to address malnutrition will be discussed.
