Bonnie Ewald from Rush University Medical Center, Health & Aging, will be discussing how existing federal policies and priorities have been impacted by healthcare reform and budget, with particular attention to transitional care and social work services. Participants will hear about healthcare trends that influence transitional care, social work services and population health.
