In this webinar hosted by USAging’s Aging and Disability Business Institute, speakers shared how community-led networks in California are strengthening their capacity to engage with health care partners. With funding from The SCAN Foundation, the Aging and Disability Business Institute, in partnership with Collaborative Consulting, provided technical assistance to three community-led networks across the state.
