Preview the Most Comprehensive Source of Information and Resources to Boost Your Bottom Line! Introductory Webinar for The Aging and Disability Business Institute

As we enter a new year with a new administration, there are many uncertainties about the future direction of health care delivery and payment. While none of us have a crystal ball, we do know that public budget pressures will intensify the focus on effectiveness and efficiency. The good news is that aging and disability community-based organizations (CBOs), such as Area Agencies on Aging and Centers for Independent Living, are well positioned to reduce health care costs while improving quality of care because they serve as a crucial bridge between acute care, behavioral health and long-term services and supports systems.

The National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a), in partnership with the most experienced and respected organizations in the Aging and Disability Networks, has launched the Aging and Disability Business Institute website, a one-stop, state-of-the-art source of tools and resources for CBOs looking to build their business capacity, for varying levels of understanding from introductory to advanced.

On this webinar, Business Institute staff provided an overview and introduction to the project and the website, focusing on the many interactive ways that users can engage with this initiative and get help with some of their thorniest issues.
